In 1975 Calgary was 100 years old and celebrated its first Centennial year. What I like about this logo are the RCMP and cowboy hats that flank the Calgary tower telling the story of settlement, prosperity, and growth here at Fort Calgary. Made of white glass with a glossy red label, this coffee cup was destined for a prairie landfill and I rescued it just in time.
