designer interviews at Moco loco

Being a contributor at Moco loco offers me the unique opportunity to meet and interview some of my favorite designers. I have the opportunity to discuss the design process through the eyes of more experienced designers such as my recent interview with Claude Cormier. I admire Claude’s bold approach to Landscape architecture, and his ideas about our “constructed environments”. His perspective to our world of “fakeness” has shed new light onto my own work as an Industrial designer. While a volunteer at MADE in edmonton I had lunch with Claude in 2005 when he came to lecture. It was a pleasure to speak with him again (this time in more depth) about his innovative work as a landscape designer. (image above: Claude Cormier Landscape Architect from article on Mocoloco)

Calgary Beer

Interesting that I had to travel all the way to Toronto, Ontario to find a shirt with this fantastic 1970s logo from my home city. My question is: why do I need to go to Saskatchewan to buy “calgary” beer?
